We are committed to building a cleaner industrial future by aggressively pursuing carbon neutrality by 2045. With a strategy centred on renewable energy, smart technologies, and efficient operations, we are making measurable progress in reducing emissions and enhancing sustainability across all facilities.
Our approach to packaging and resource use is built on reuse, recycling, and responsible material choices. By optimising every layer of our supply chain—from raw material intake to final delivery—we’re reducing environmental impact without compromising efficiency.
Since 2019, wooden boxes from imported materials are reused for local packaging, saving 4 tons of wood monthly (over 200 tons to date) across India, UK, and France.
We have replaced plastic packaging with corrugated boxes, reducing plastic waste by 20 tons per month (over 1,000 tons to date) across India, UK, and France.
We are transitioning to reusable transport packaging solutions, aiming to eliminate single-use plastics in our supply chain by 2025.
We are committed to recycling all end-of-life products, ensuring that materials are returned to the supply chain for reuse.
We are increasing the use of recycled lead in our products, reducing the need for virgin materials and minimizing environmental impact.
Reduced scope 1 emissions in tonnes of equivalent Co2. From 2023 to 2024.
Tree plantations and maintenance through NGO Sankalp Vanar, near Satara Hill region, near Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
17 Tree’s are saved for every tonne of recycled paper we use.
Added to our fleet. To reduce GHG emissions, we have purchased electric bikes for our employees who commute for company work.
Approximately 4 tonnes of wood is recycled every month through package recycling.
Added with the introduction of a rooftop solar power plant on one of our facilities.
To reduce waste.
We’ve reduced the use of cartons and use of VCI and papers.

Comprising all units, total Co2 generation reduced by 2,13,000 Kg from 2019.
Our green initiatives are rooted in long-term ecological impact—combining on-site green belt development, collaborative tree planting, and sustainable material use. With active projects across India and global partnerships, we’re steadily growing our contribution to biodiversity and climate resilience.
Since 2019, 8,167 sq. m of green cover has been developed at MSS India through structured plantation efforts.
In partnership with ‘Sankalp Vanrai’, ongoing plantations near Aurangabad began in 2022; an application for 2,850 sq. m of MIDC open space is currently in process.
Participation in the “One Tree Planted” and “More Trees” initiatives led to 2,000 trees in 2021 and a further 90,000 trees planned by 2025 across regions including Australia.
"The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall. The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing. Your time is limited, don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma, which is living the result of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."
